From the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, it is seen that the claim has been considered, amount determined and paid to the petitioners as is indicated in para 5 onward to the show cause. In view of the above, now, no further indulgence into the matter is called for. In case, the petitioners have any grievance still subsisting with regard to settlement of claim, liberty shall be available to the petitioners to claim it afresh in accordance with law.
