The petitioner is in custody in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No.47 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he is involved in trade of liquor and from the house of the petitioner 09 liters of Nepali liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.03.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28837 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Judge-II-cum- Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No.47 of 2019.
