This application is for modification of order dated 13.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81882/2019 whereby the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No.13/2019. However, the petitioner could not furnish bail bond within time.

Earlier, the petitioner had also filed a modification application for the same relief which was allowed vide order dated 07.04.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21217/2021, but again he failed to furnish bail bond in the court below within the stipulated period.

For substantial justice, further six weeks' time is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40052 of 2021(2) dt.04-08-2021 2/2 allowed to the petitioner to furnish bail bonds subject to condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.2,000/- (Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bonds. Accordingly, the application stands allowed.
