2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6351 of 2015 (2) dt.16-01-2018 2/2 petitioners submitted that in the cause they have moved the Court, the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to file representation before the respondent no. 2.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. If such representation is filed within four weeks from today along with a copy of this order before the respondent no. 2, the same shall be considered and disposed off by passing a reasoned order expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.
