1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner by way of this writ petition has prayed as under:- "That this application is for issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/Order (s) or directions(s) and thereby to issue a writ in the nature of 'Mandamus' and thereby to quash the list of short listed candidates for the post of Lab Attendant, on the basis of Computer based Test (CBT) held in the month of January, 2018 under direct recruitment drive, 2017 and further for their document verification/eligibility criteria for which total 77 Lab Attendants has been short listed, without following the reservation policy of the govt. of
Patna High Court CWJC No.16195 of 2018(2) dt.12-09-2022 2/2 India as well as terms of advertisement published from 18th to 24th January, 2014 and 11 to 17 November, 2017, by which the petitioner has been excluded from short listed candidate for the post of Lab Attendant."
3. By efflux of time, the writ petition has rendered infructuous. The selections have already been over.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
