2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 664 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is involved in the killing of the friend of his cousin sister as they have eloped.

4. It appears that it is a case of honour killing and materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 11.3.2024.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36867 of 2024(2) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
