ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Patna High Court MJC No.507 of 2015 (6) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 It appears from the letter dated 30.03.2015, as contained in Annexure B/2 to the show cause filed on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board on 09.05.2017, that the School in question was directed to file certain documents along with the requisite fee.

This Court is informed that the requisite fee has already been filed by the petitioner now, but certain documents, which have been enumerated in the said Annexure B/2, are required to be filed by the petitioner.

In view of certain laches on the part of the petitioner himself, this Court would not like to proceed further in the contempt matter and disposes of the contempt application with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Bihar School Examination Board and file the required documents within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The Board shall then take necessary steps in the matter and dispose of the application of the petitioner within four weeks thereafter.
