The petitioner is in custody in connection with Masrakh P.S. Case No.160 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle. Petitioner is in custody in this case since 01.06.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for nearly one year, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
