2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on 05.12.2023 at about 10 PM in night, this petitioner entered the house of informant and raped grand-daughter of informant.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Medical report does not support prosecution case. As per Medical report, no external injury was found on the person of the victim. Recent intercourse has not been confirmed. Petitioner claims clean

5. Learned counsel for the State and opposite party no.2 oppose the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, medical report of the victim and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of District and Additional Sessions Judge VI cum Special Judge, POCSO Act, Jehanabad in POCSO Case No. 141 of 2023/Banshi Police Station Case No. 156 of 2023.
