2. To cut short the matter, in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 3, the stand is that as the Managing Director of the Bihar State Industrial Development Corporation is holding the charge of Investment Commissioner, Government of Bihar, Patna and is posted in Mumbai, Earned Leave dues of Rs. 95,449/- shall be released in favour of the petitioner when he comes to Patna. However, learned counsel representing him took a fair stand before the Court and submitted that the same shall be paid within a week but to be on the safe side, he requested the Court to

Patna High Court CWJC No.15423 of 2015 dt.16-04-2018 2/2 grant two weeks time so that there is no default in his commitment.

3. In view of the reasonable stand taken on behalf of the respondents no. 3 and 4, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction that the cheque of the amount of Rs. 95,449/- be handed over to the petitioner, expeditiously and latest within two weeks from today. The same shall be handed over by learned counsel for the respondents no. 3 and 4 to learned counsel for the petitioner within the said period.
