Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 50 of 2017 for the offences registered under Sections 143, 341, 384, 385, 386, 379, 354, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant in his written complaint has alleged that petitioners along with other co-accused persons came to his shop and demanded Rs.5,000/- and on refusal they assaulted him and snatched Rs. 8,500/- from his pocket and also threatened him to kill.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are innocent and have committed no offence. There are no
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48083 of 2018(2) dt.17-09-2018 2/2 allegation made against petitioner. They are said to be present at the time of incident. They have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 50 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
