Sakur, who died on 20.02.2019 leaving behind his legal heirs mentioned in paragraph 2 of the I.A. No. 2 of the writ petition .
2. Let the office substitute names of legal heirs/representatives of the orginal petitioner, duly mentioned in paragraph 3 of the I.A. No. 2 of the writ petition . 3 . I.A. No. 2 of 2019 stands allowed.
4. This application is disposed of with liberty to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2123 of 2016(5) dt.02-11-2023 2/2 petitioner to approach respondent No. 2 District Magistrate - Cum - Collector, Darbhanga for redressal of grievance within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 5 . In the event, such representation is filed by the petitioner respondent No. 2 District Magistrate - Cum - Collector, Darbhanga shall examine the claim of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law preferably within a further period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
