2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 130 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 324, 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code were also added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have killed his wife by burning her.

4. Minor child of the victim has also said that the deceased was killed by the petitioner after pouring Kerosene Oil on her.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2023.

6. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
