The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No.586 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 341,307,323,379,448,504,506/34 and 302 of the IPC.
The prosecution case in brief is that, informant gave her fardbeyan on 20.10.2020 before police of Bhagwan Bazar (Saran) stating their in that on 19.10.2020 she was cooking in her house in the mean time one Dhananjay Singh entered into her house and took away Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lacs) from Brief Case and run away. Having seeing flying Dhananjay Singh her husband chased him there upon Dhananjay kumar @ Dhanjay Singh assaulted on head of her husband with iron rod with intention to kill and her husband received head injury.

No.40450 of 2021(3) dt.21-03-2022 2/3 Thereafter, son of informant run to save his father than her son was also assaulted by iron rod on his head and informants on also received head injury. The Dhananjay Kumar @ Dhananjay Singh left no chance to escape him there after he fired in air from country made pistol in the mean time petitioner came to save her son Dhananjay Kumar and snatched golden chain from the neck of neck of informant. Thereafter, informant with the help of villagers brought her husband and son at Primary Health Centre Mashrak and Doctor referred to Sadar Hospital, Saran. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady and has got no criminal antecedent.
Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the

No.40450 of 2021(3) dt.21-03-2022 3/3 date of communication of this order is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No.586 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
