The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(A), 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

It is a case of attempt of abduction of minor daughter of the informant by the petitioners.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioners were not apprehended at the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40441 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 spot. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the prosecution witnesses supported the prosecution case and victim statement has been recorded under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C. in which she has supported the prosecution version, as such, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
