2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 1097 of 2023 instituted under Section 21(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. The petitioner has been found involved in illegal smuggling of codeine. Materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime.

4. This is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

6. If the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the Court below in accordance with law.
