The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamajhi) P.S. Case No. 523 of 2018 registered for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is an accused of stealing the tractor of the informant and selling it.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
