2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 227 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 132 of B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c) of N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 11 kg ganja has been recovered from the house of the petitioner and 120 kg ganja has been recovered from the Scorpio of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. and the petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that there is huge amount of recovery from the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
