====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-01-2021 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020 dated 01.01.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner and others is of having opened fire at the villagers leading to injuries in leg of Md. Sarfaraj.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no specific accusation against the petitioner. A similarly situated accused person viz. Dinesh Sah has been granted bail by the court below. The petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2020

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31095 of 2020(2) dt.25-01-2021 2/2 and does not have criminal antecedents.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020.
