The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a) and 41of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29965 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.-V-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2019 (G.O. Case No. 224 of 2019), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
