2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 8 B, 20 (a) and 22 of the NDPS Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case , total 5 trees of Ganja weighing 40 K G were found in the field of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . No incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is indulged in the alleged
