2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the claim of the petitioner for benefits on account of second and third ACP is covered by the decision of this Court passed in the case of Raktima Rakshit -Versus- State of Bihar & Others decided on 20.10.2014 in the proceedings arising out of CWJC No 22851 of 2013. He submits that the order has been confirmed by the Division Bench in the proceedings arising out of LPA No 394 of 2016 on 24.11.2017. 3 The position is not disputed by the learned counsel for

4 In view of the limited submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of so that the petitioner's claim for grant of financial progression under the MACP Scheme may be considered by respondent No 3 in light of the legal position as settled in the aforesaid judgments. 5 Let the claim be considered and disposed of expeditiously by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
