Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has certain properties which are in dispute with private respondent no.8 and relating to those properties, he has already filed partition suit before the Civil Court, Patna. Patna High Court CWJC No.12812 of 2021(3) dt.17-01-2023 2/2 of the State submitted that the petitioner has liberty to file a detailed representation before the District Security Committee, Patna headed by the District Magistrate to protect his life and property.

Considering the fair submission made by Mr. Manish Kumar, learned GP-4, the petitioner may approach the District Security Committee, Patna to protect his life and property by filing a detailed representation.

With the above observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
