01-11-2018 This court does not find any reason to interfere with the order taking cognizance and summon against the husband who is opposite party no. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner however submits that there being a matrimonial dispute, the petitioner is ready and willing to go for mediation with the opposite party no. 2. If such an application is filed in the court below looking for a mediation of the dispute between the parties, the court below shall take note of the submissions of the parties and shall pass appropriate order keeping in mind that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50260 of 2018 (2) dt.01-11-2018 if mediation is possible an effort would be taken for the same.

This application stands disposed off.
