Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 70 of 2018 for the offences registered under Sections 447, 342, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Although petitioner has been named in FIR, but there is no allegation of any overt act committed by him. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with
