The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No.39 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amended) Act, 2018.
Considering the recovery of 1,432 bottles of illicit liquor seized from the dicky of Honda City car in which the petitioner was found present, I am not inclined to grant him bail for the present.
