Learned Counsel for the petitioners confined her argument with regard to petitioner nos. 1 to 3 and submits that she has no instruction and contact with petitioner no. 4. She further submits that during the pendency of this writ application, the grievance of the petitioners have been redressed and arrears of salary pursuant to grant of matric trained scale with regard to petitioner nos. 1 and 2 has already been paid. However, arrears of salary of petitioner no. 3 has not been paid.

Patna High Court CWJC No.23276 of 2012(5) dt.21-03-2023 2/2 In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner no. 3 is directed to file a representation before the competent authority for payment of arrears of salary pursuant to grant of matric trained scale.

If such a representation is filed by the petitioner no. 3, the concerned competent authority is directed to dispose the same within a period of two months from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioner no. 3.

It is made clear that if the arrears of salary is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to him by the concerned respondents within a period of one month from the date of disposal of the representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed.
