2. The petitioner could not make the payment of the agreed amount, on the basis of which the provisional bail had been granted. For this reason, the order dated 11.02.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 62857 of 2024 was dismissed.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has paid Rs. 23,95,000/- to the informant. He prays that the order dated 11.02.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 62857 of 2024 be recalled, as the condition precedent for grant of provisional bail has now been fulfilled and that the matter be heard further.

4. Accordingly, Cr. Misc. No. 62857 of 2024 is restored to its original number and file be listed 'For Admission', on 18.12.2025.
