After some arguments, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file a representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, pursuant to the recommendation of the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna, as contained in the letter, dated 29.01.2016 (Annexure 1 to the writ application).
