The petitioners seek bail in connection with Araria RS P.S. Case No.381 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
Allegation against the petitioners is to have committed murder of daughter of the informant due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that petitioner no.1, namely, Masomat Rajkumari Devi @ Rajkumari Masomat @ Rajkumari Devi is mother of husband of the deceased, petitioner no.2, namely, Meena Devi @ Meena Devi Roy is Bua of the husband of the deceased and petitioner no.3, namely, Sadan aswan @ Sajan @ Sadanand Paswan is father-in-law of the husband of the deceased. It is submitted that husband of the deceased has already been granted bail by this Court through Cr. Misc. No. 6270 of 2024 on 16.02.2024. It is further submitted that petitioners are men of clean antecedent, where, petitioner no.1 and petitioner no.2 are in custody since 10.02.2024 and petitioner no.3 is in custody since 20.01.2024. 5.
Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners. 6.
Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let all these petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail, in connection with Araria RS P.S. Case No.381 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
