Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the arms licence was in the name the father of the petitioner and after death of his father on 20.3.2017 Gun was deposited with the Hindustan Arms by the petitioner and thereafter he filed an application for grant of arms licence in his name on 03.05.2017 The matter is pending for the last nearly 2 years.
