1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(A) For issuance of appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions, order or orders to the concerned respondents 2 to 4 for taking action on the last representation dated 18.01.2022 filed by the petitioner relating to fixation of salary in higher pay scale after granting of two consecutive pay scale as A.C.P. benefit and payment of remained arrear of salary by way of retiral dues.
(B) For payment of remained salary including
Patna High Court CWJC No.8361 of 2022(2) dt.06-02-2024 2/2 submitted voucher bill of the retiral dues which has been held up as the alleged wrong calculation.
(C) For passing order to pay heavy penal interest @ 18% compounded interest on the payable due remained amount thereon till the date of payment to the petitioner."
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
