JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-09-2018 Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 29.11.2016 by which the learned trial court has allowed the prosecution to present witnesses who are non-charge-sheet witnesses. This Court has gone through the order passed by the learned trial court. It appears that the learned court has considered the application of the prosecution and in the interest of justice found it just and proper to allow the application. Since the decision has been taken on the basis of the materials available on the record, no illegality may be found with the impugned order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38660 of 2017 (2) dt.17-09-2018 This application has no merit. It is dismissed accordingly.
