Let the defects, as pointed out by the office, be removed within four weeks of start of normal functioning of the physical court.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 29 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 332, 337, 307, 188, 427, 504, 353, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. According to prosecution case, on self statement of ASI Sanjay Kumar an FIR was lodged regarding collision of Alto car with motorcycle. The police officials reached at the place of occurrence and saw that mob had blocked the road and demanding speed braker. Meanwhile mob became furious and started damaging the police vehicle and also attacked on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78 of 2021(2) dt.27-10-2021 2/2 driver of police jeep. The informant anyhow managed to escape from there.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that specific allegation is against co-accused Nagesh Kumar and Ramakant Kumar. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, however, opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara/concerned court in Sandesh P.S. Case No. 29 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
