The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 406, 409, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons misappropriated the government money of Rs.57,83,300/-.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Some works have already been completed. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs.7 lacs in the court below, which will be subject to the final disposal of the case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.7 lacs in the court below, which will be subject to the final disposal of the case. On doing so, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. V, Darbhanga in connection with Manigachhi P.S. case No.30 of 2018.
