2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):

"A) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorary, quashing the order, passed by the Executive Engineer, Kahalgaon, (Respondent No.5) No. 5) which was communicated to the petitioner by Letter No. 527, dated 30.05.2012, where by and where under, the claim of the Petitioner is rejected on the basis of Petitioner was not entitled for benefits of 12% maximum Rs.150/-.

B) For issuance of a direction to the Respondents to fix the salary in the light of earlier

Patna High Court CWJC No.19399 of 2012(7) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 order vide Letter No.370, dated -20.04.2002 and also in the light of letter No. 261, dated 15.07.2011 calculating entire increment and revised them on the basis of 5th and 6th Pay Revision.

C) For commanding the Respondents to pay the arrear of amount in the pay scale of Junior Engineer as per fixation made by the Executive Engineer, Chhapra, (Respondent No.6) D) For a direction to the Respondents to pay interest on the every count.

E) For any other relief/reliefs which the Petitioner may be deemed entitle."

3. No one appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 25.8.2025 when this Court recorded the following order: "No one appears on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent-State is present.

2. This is an old mater of the year 2013 (sic) and still the petitioner is not showing interest in appearing and pressing the writ application.

3. One last indulgence is being granted to the petitioner, flailing (sic) which on the next date, the Court may consider dismissing the writ application on merits.

4. Put up this case on 15.09.2025."
