The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 44 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections 419 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of Bihar Conduct of Examination Act, 1981. Someone else was appearing for the petitioner in the matriculation examination. The case has been registered in 2016.
