Rituraj Saurabh & Another), reported in 2019(1) PLJR 444. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 5 to consider the case of the petitioner, in case a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today in light of the aforesaid judgment dated 18.04.2018 and pass a reasoned order within a period of eight
