Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 28,28(A) & 27(D) of the Drug and Cosmetics Act, 1940.

Submission is that identically situated co-accusedSonu Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.21201 of 2020. The FIR was lodged on seizure of blood bag without any authority or licence to carry the same. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case has already completed.

No.29581 of 2020(2) dt.23-11-2020 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jakkanpur Police Station Case No.225 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
