2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is case of dowry death.
4. It is submitted that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody. Petitioner no. 1 is Dewar and petitioner no. 2 is Bhaisur of the deceased and they are separate in mess and property. Petitioners have got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 92 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
