For issuance of appropriate Writ(s), Order(s), direction(s) to the respondent authorities to consider the grievances of the petitioner relating to selection/appointment on the post of Police Sub-Inspector, in view of Advertisement No. 01 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.12818 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2023 2/3 2017, published by Bihar Police Sub-ordinate Services Commission, Patna, wherein, the petitioner disqualified by the concerned respondent with ulterior motive.

ii. And further for directing the respondents authorities to consider the claim of the petitioner in view of observation made by State Chief Information Commissioner, Bihar, Patna whereby he has clearly observed the malafide action of the respondent relating to non supply of information with ulterior motive relating to cut off marks of the petitioner.

And further for directing the respondents authorities to conduct inquiry regarding selection procedure of Police Sub-Inspector conducted by Respondent No. 5 ecause the observation made by the State, Chief Information Commission, Bihar, Patna reflected the malice attitude and colourable exercise committed by the respondents."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.12818 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2023 3/3 petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
