JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 24-01-2018 This was a suo motu action of this Court based on a newspaper report which was brought to our notice by the learned Amicus Curiae Sri Dinu Kumar with regard to the day on which the illegality was reported in the newspaper. From the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, we find that remedial action has been taken and the officers concerned are also being dealt with.

That being so, for the present, no further indulgence into the matter is called for. As far as regular supply of Mid Day Meal and action to be taken for maintaining its
