The proceedings also questioned the financial viability of this train service.

2 During the proceedings of the instant PIL, a road has been constructed from R-Block to Digha, in place of the earlier

Patna High Court CWJC No.11414 of 2017 dt.28-04-2023 2/2 railway line, which today, is known as Atal Path. The proceedings, with respect to the train service, have, thus, become infructuous. 3 This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
