This criminal miscellaneous petition is filed for extension of the period of surrender of the petitioner in pursuance of the order dated 20.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10193 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner fell ill and on account of such unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of the order dated 20.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10193 of 2019.

Taking into consideration the facts that the petitioner fell ill and on account of such unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below, the period for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32124 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for four weeks further from today.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
