The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019 arising out of Excise GR No. 132 of 2019 registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amended Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he has already been implicated in one case. Hence, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not
