2. Learned Counsel for the State submits that vide order no.2 dated 21.10.2013, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Subsequently, vide order no.3 dated 23.10.2013, again no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner either to press this petition or to make a prayer for adjournment. Counsel further submits that vide order no.4 dated 25.05.2017, again no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner, whereas, Learned A.C to AAG-12 was present and submits that grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. Today also, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In this view of the matter, it transpires to this Court that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this case and therefore, this writ petition is hereby dismissed due to non prosecution.
