The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Marhaura P.S. Case No. 489 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31096 of 2020(2) dt.08-03-2021 2/2 submission is that both the parties have sustained injures. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhaura P.S. Case No. 489 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
