Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.6285 of 2018 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.346 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 37(C) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that petitioner was caught in drunken condition.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
