Patna High Court CWJC No.12816 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2023 2/2 whereunder the petitioners declared ineligible for the post of constable due to the reason shown as mismatch.

51. A copy of memo dated 29.01.2020 is annexed as ANNEXURE- 1 to this application.

(ii) To direct the respondent to issue appointment letter in favour of petitioners on the post of constable against advertisement no. 02/2009 dated 11.12.2009 forthwith and be further direct the respondent to accept the joining of the petitioners accordingly. "

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondents authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
