2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 259/2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(c)of the NDPS Act.
3. Considering the nature and gravity of the allegations under the NDPS Act, particularly the recovery of 130 kg of Ganja, which constitutes a commercial quantity, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed. (Purnendu Singh, J) Sanjay/- U T
